The NRASTC will train you in the practical lifesaving skills that may be needed for when you are swim teaching or coaching.
This qualification is endorsed by the ASA, ISRM and the IOS.
Subjects covered
This is a 16 hour course covering the following Subject:
- Section 1 - The Teacher, Swimming Pool and Class Management
- Section 2 - Intervention, Rescue and Emergency Action
- Section 3 - CPR, AED and First Aid
This is NOT a Lifeguarding Qualification.
