Mental Health First Aid

We offer 3 different Mental Health First Aid Courses.

Level 1, 4 Hour Awareness Course - this course is suitable for everyone as it provide learners with the knowledge to recognise a suspected mental health condition and the skills to start a conversation and be able to signpost a person towards professional help.

Level 2, 1 day First Aid for Mental Health - this course is suitable for everyone but has been designed to help employers to provide a positive mental health culture within the workplace and to provide learners with comprehensive knowledge on a range of the most common mental health conditions and skills to be able to act should a condition be suspected.

Level 3, 2 day Supervising First Aid for Mental Health - this course builds on the level 2 award and covers a wider range of mental health conditions and goes in to detail on the range of theraphy and professional support that a person may be given by professional bodies during treatment for a mental health condition.

All candidates must be 16 year of age.

Level 3 Course 

  • As Level 1 and 2 course 
  • A large range of Mental Health conditions covered in detail
